1. Data controller

2. What data is processed

Only what you enter into the contact form yourself:

• your name or company name,
• your email address,
• the type of project (from a fixed list),
• the text of your message.

The form collects no profiling data. To filter abuse, the server briefly sees the IP address of the request, but does not store it permanently.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and to prepare any work that may follow. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by the checkbox before the form is sent.

4. How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept in my mailbox for at most 2 years, so that a later conversation has some history. On request I delete them sooner.

5. Who has access

Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing. The following processors are involved in running the site:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting the website,
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.): delivering the email from the form,
• Google Ireland Ltd.: the mailbox the enquiry arrives in.

6. Cookies

This site uses no marketing or profiling cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

7. Your rights

• you may ask what data is held about you,
• you may ask for it to be corrected or deleted,
• you may ask for processing to be restricted,
• you may withdraw your consent at any time.

An email to gyetvaikevin@gmail.com is enough for any of these, and I will act within 30 days.

You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu), or take the matter to court.
